Yes — send chair length, width and ground clearance and we'll confirm which van in the fleet fits before you pay a deposit. This matters more than the "wheelchair accessible" label alone, since ramp gradient and internal height vary between vehicles.
Yes, for both plan-managed and self-managed participants. Bring your plan manager's details or your own reference number at booking and we'll issue the invoice in the format they need.
A full Australian car licence (or equivalent international licence with translation) held for at least one year. Drivers under 25 may have a young-driver surcharge on the luxury line — ask when booking.
Yes — most WAV bookings work this way. The nominated driver just needs to be listed on the booking and complete the same handover briefing.
48 hours gets you a confirmed rego in most cases. Same-day is sometimes possible depending on fleet availability — call the desk rather than booking online if you need it today.
